All US orders are shipped within 2 business days of you placing the order using UPS, Fedex or USPS or any adequate carrier depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 6 to 8 business days for non-personalized items. For personalized items would take longer depending on the item. Delivery for personalized items will be specified when ordering. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. 

For International shipments outside USA, delivery times vary depending on location, typically 14-21 business days.

Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. Bellatrendee has no control over these charges and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.

 

When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.

This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, you will be fully refunded, excluding shipping costs, provided it has not been worn or damaged and is returned in the original packaging. If you want a refund you first have to contact us within 3 days after arrival. All returns need to have a tracking number.

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. We do not take responsibility for lost/damaged packages that are shipped back to us.

Custom orders are non-refundable, as they are specially made for you. Unless they are the wrong size or damaged goods.
